Description

We are currently seeking a full-time TEAM LEADER WAREHOUSE M/F/D to join our team in Schweinfurt. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the warehouse team on a daily basis.

Your tasks will include coordinating the workload in the picking department and acting as a point of contact for fleet management issues.

You will also be responsible for personnel planning and serving as a contact person for problem-solving.

As the interface between the warehouse and other departments such as purchasing and sales, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations.

Additionally, you will support our fleet manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background and experience in logistics. Previous experience as a team leader is preferred. Knowledge of SAP R/3 is advantageous, and possessing a forklift license would be beneficial. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has strong teamwork and reliability skills.
