About the Role

As the Head of People Development in the function of People Experience, we serve as a center of expertise for training, development, and talent management, providing specialist and solution-oriented support to our business units and HR business partners for all future-oriented topics related to personnel development.

We design global personnel development tools within a sustainable (digital) learning culture and are responsible for shaping global talent management.

The Role

  • Leading a great team with high expertise in talent and personnel development. Your passion lies not only in developing talents and employees, but also in inspiring and developing your own team through innovative ideas.
  • As a leader, you will shape our global and sustainable talent management strategy, derived from our people strategy, together with your team.
  • You will focus on the digital transformation of personnel development processes and a premium employee/talent journey.
  • You will initiate, design, and implement global personnel development concepts, such as the design of futureoriented career paths.
  • Stakeholder management is crucial to you, and you successfully lead it with targeted involvement
