Responsibilities:


  • Conduct online research on customer acquisition
  • Schedule appointments for company presentations
  • Create documentation of customer conversations
  • Maintain CRM system and create inquiries
  • Match suitable candidates to customer requests
  • Follow up with customers on open inquiries
  • Support the entire application process and maintain our applicant management system

Profile:


  • Student in the field of business administration, preferably with a focus on sales, or a similar degree, alternatively a technical degree
  • Previous experience in sales is an advantage
  • Enjoy working in the service industry
  • Selfinitiative, high commitment, and a dedicated team player with strong communication skills
  • Structured and organized work style
  • Excellent German and English skills
