We are looking for you at our location in Essen for a two-year Digital Traineeship - Audience Development (m/f/d):


YOUR TASKS:


  • Our offer: Start your twoyear specialized traineeship as a digital editor (m/f/d)
  • Complete your training in our NRW digital editorial team and in our regional and national editorial departments in NRW
  • Gain exclusive insights to become a digital expert in the fields of SEO, social media, audience development, and data analytics
  • Use selected stations for targeted specialization, e.g. short internships in SEO departments or social media teams of other publishers
  • Regularly participate in elearnings and workshops at ProContent in Essen

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have successfully completed your university studies in journalism, media, and PR
  • You have gained first journalistic experience through internships or freelance work
  • You are familiar with digital and social media and understand how different platforms work
  • You are interested in analysis and data
