The Lebenshilfe Köln is looking for a pedagogical specialist to lead a team of school assistants at a Waldorf school in the southern part of Cologne starting on
April 1, 2023 for the School and Kindergarten department.

The weekly working hours are
30-34 hours and can be supplemented with additional hours in school assistance if desired.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of school assistants
Coordinating and organizing the work schedules of team members
Collaborating with onsite educators in a multiprofessional setting
Working with cooperation partners such as the Youth and Social Services offices
Advising and supporting parents of eligible students
Contributing to the conceptual development of your department
Performing general administrative tasks

Your qualifications:

You identify with the mission and structure of Lebenshilfe Köln
You have completed a pedagogical education or degree and preferably have relevant work experience
You are comfortable working independently
You have experience leading
