What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for securing and optimizing the ongoing commercial management of retail properties and supporting the regional head of commercial property management in implementing strategic guidelines.
In addition, your tasks will include monitoring and ensuring compliance with option and termination deadlines, as well as creating addendums to lease agreements according to specifications.
You will be responsible for correspondence with landlords, tenants, and authorities.
You will create, edit, and review invoices (especially utility cost statements).
