Our success is driving our growth, which is why we are looking for a
Commercial Employee (m/f/d) Inside Sales to strengthen our team at our location in
Düsseldorf.


Your responsibilities - as diverse as our employees:_

  • Creating offers in coordination with the sales team
  • Processing and handling orders in SAP S/4HANA
  • Acting as the main point of contact and coordinating all customer inquiries
  • Organizing and monitoring product deliveries between production sites
  • Managing the warehouse

Our requirements - your passion:_

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a retail salesman (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and dealing with national and international customers
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP
  • Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge in logistics or production is
