  • you will implement new customers in the and be responsible for the stable and efficient operation of existing cloud customers
  • you will act as an interface between our existing customer support, project areas, and software development
  • you will become an expert in our products and delve deep into the technology, domain, and specificities of public transportation
  • you will automate our operational processes and advise our development team on experience-based improvements in resilience, stability, and operability
  • you will convince with convincing concepts and processes for our numerous, sometimes very different customers

We are looking for colleagues (m/f/d)

  • who have studied computer science, physics, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a related field and/or have relevant professional experience in a technically comparable environment
