We are currently looking for a Customer Team Member (m/f/d) for our company BWB Behälter-Werk Burgau GmbH + Co. KG at our location in Burgau, Muskegon Heights, MI.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Personal support for assigned customer base in German, English, and French
  • Data maintenance and management of price agreements
  • Processing of offers
  • Clarification of content, deadlines, and quality/technical customer requests within the order processing
  • Clarification of outstanding payments and delivery dates
  • Commercial processing of complaints
  • Management of customer portals

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Successfully completed commercial or industryspecific training
  • Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form are required
  • Knowledge of French in spoken and written form is an advantage
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Independent work style and initiative
  • Experience in an industrial company is desirable
