Your responsibilities:

  • Procurement and purchasing of manufacturing materials, purchased parts, auxiliary/operating materials, and services in the construction industry
  • Obtaining quotes, conducting price and performance comparisons
  • Selection and evaluation of suppliers and monitoring of procurement markets
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, and cost guidelines
  • Reviewing order confirmations and invoice control
  • Constant market observation and optimization of procurement processes
  • Participation in strategic procurement activities
  • Negotiation and awarding of subcontractor services

What you should bring:

  • Commercial training with technical knowhow or comparable qualifications
  • Professional experience in purchasing preferably in the construction industry
  • Good negotiation skills, strong persuasive ability, communication skills, and teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Computer proficiency, preferably with proALPHA
