Your main tasks:

Development of foundations for urban development
Analysis of urban development trends and derivation of recommendations for action for the city of Offenbach
Systematic monitoring of urban development with a focus on neighborhoods, districts, and the city as a whole
Consideration of neighboring cities and regions in terms of their impact on Offenbach
Development of guidelines and goals for urban development through formal and informal instruments
Conception, process design, and management to initiate complex urban development processes
