Your Responsibilities

  • As Team Lead Service Operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Support Engineers and report to the Head of Service Management.
  • Together with your team, you will handle remote analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd and 3rd level support.
  • You will communicate directly with the IT departments and specialists of our clients on an equal footing.
  • You enjoy working with complex technical applications and environments.
  • You will work closely with our development and quality assurance teams and coordinate with them.
  • You will ensure SLA and KPIcompliant handling and resolution of customer inquiries.
