Your Tasks
- You monitor deadlines and reminders
- Handling correspondence (dictation or keywords) is also part of your tasks
- You are responsible for preparatory activities for billing according to RVG and fees
- Coordination of appointments, travel planning and expense reports
- Creation, management and filing of files
- You also take on general assistant tasks (e.g. processing mail, data maintenance)
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable education
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- You have a good command of German spelling and are communicative
- You are proficient in English or would like to refresh or deepen your English skills
- You work conscientiously, independently, enthusiastically and enjoy working in a team
