» Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing and scheduling approximately 6 employees in the rail department.
You will oversee and control the operational processes.
You will assist with loading and unloading in the rail department.
You will conduct random checks of loading, ensuring proper cargo securing.
You will continuously optimize processes based on regularly reviewed productivity and quality indicators.
You will also ensure compliance with quality guidelines, goals, and work instructions, including safety regulations.
You will work closely with the commercial rail department.

You have gained extensive work experience in warehousing and have some leadership skills.
