Your tasks as Personalreferent (m/w/d):

  • Your main tasks include personnel procurement from onboarding to offboarding of internal personnel
  • Support of employees and managers in the areas of labor law, deadlines, applications, and employment contracts/salary adjustments
  • Participation in HR development processes
  • Support of managers in complying with HR processes What we expect from you as Personalreferent (m/w/d):
  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or a commercial degree
  • First experience in the HR field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, HR tools, and labor law desirable
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile What you can expect from us:
