Munich, we are looking for a
Sales Assistant (m/f/d) in a permanent full-time position as soon as possible.


Your tasks

  • You create standard offers, maintain contact data, and make phone calls with existing customers
  • You are responsible for processing leads and developing them into concrete sales opportunities
  • You use purchasing and supplier portals as well as internal tools
  • You update and maintain customer databases and create reports
  • You independently take on further sales tasks in daily business (e.g. support for acquisition work, tenders, preparation of references, obtaining price information from upstream suppliers, etc.)
  • You support marketing campaigns and activities (e.g. trade fairs)
  • You take on general office tasks as part of office management

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in sales in the IT sector is desirable, but not a requirement
