Areas of responsibility:

Together with you, we want to enter a new era and try out new forms of support.
You support clients with different personalities and ages.
As a team, you develop unconventional work processes and rethink the support of people with cognitive impairments in a special living environment.
You support clients in new ways with daily routines and everyday life.
You are a counselor, reference person, and conflict manager.
On the way to the new era, the special architecture, our joy in change, and an innovative concept will help you to test, adapt, and further develop.
The goal is always to enable more participation, autonomy, and participation for the people living here.

We offer you:

We offer a secure job according to the collective agreement TV-EKBO.
With various working time models, we try to meet your personal needs.
You will receive a company pension (EZVK) from the employer as well as a supplement for private retirement provision.
A 13th month's salary will be paid proportionally in November.
