The German Weather Service (DWD) is seeking an indefinite, full-time or part-time Coordinator for Information Security (m/f/d) for the Department of "Planning and Coordination" in the Business Unit "Climate and Environment" at the location Offenbach am Main, starting as soon as possible.


The Department of "Planning and Coordination" in the Business Unit "Climate and Environment" serves as a staff unit, supporting the management of the business unit in operational and strategic planning and coordination of DWD's climate and environmental services.

This includes contributing to the development and implementation of relevant strategic guidelines, managing sales and marketing activities, and coordinating the use of digital media and distribution channels.

The department also represents DWD in sales matters with research and educational institutions.

In regards to information security, the department is responsible for planning and coordinating guidelines and measures, and supporting the departments in their implementation.
