Your responsibilities

You communicate with bicycle manufacturers, internal workshops, and customers.
You submit warranty claims in the various manufacturer portals.
You prepare defective parts for shipping to the manufacturers.
You coordinate warranty parts with orders.
You are responsible for the internal documentation of complaint cases.
You coordinate and optimize complaint processes.

Your profile

You have a structured, organized, and tidy way of working.
You have computer skills and quickly learn how to use new platforms, programs, and systems.
You have knowledge about bicycles, professional experience in the bicycle or automotive industry, and share our passion for bicycles.
