Responsibilities

Your tasks may include, depending on the project:

• Customer consultation via phone, email, or social media
• Competently and reliably answering customer inquiries by phone and in writing
• Providing helpful assistance to customers with questions
• Offering serviceoriented advice to customers on services and products
• Creating individual offers, recording and updating customer data
• Documenting the resolution of customer issues
• Ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction with your professional and friendly demeanor
