We are currently looking for a
social pedagogue (m/f/d) for our children's house RABE in the Dresdner Neustadt district. The position can be agreed upon for 32 to 39 hours per week. The position is limited until August 31, 2025, as it is a temporary replacement.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervision and support of children in a group setting
  • Work in a caregiver system
  • Parental work
  • Group work
  • Contact person for relatives and youth welfare offices
  • Development, management and support of assistance processes, creation of assistance plans
  • Written documentation, preparation of assessments and reports
  • Organization and implementation of group activities

Requirements:


  • Degree in social pedagogy
  • Legal knowledge according to SGB VIII and basic knowledge of administrative procedures
  • High empathy and openness towards colleagues, recipients and their families
  • Commitment, flexibility and reliability
  • Enjoyment of working in a team and active participation in team consultations
  • Organizational skills and independent and structured work style
  • Independent implementation of the concept and service description
  • Interest in further education and training
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Identification with the goals and mission statement of Diakonie Dresden
