HR Coordinator
Our client, a leading French luxury company, is looking for an HR Coordinator in Garber, OK

Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for managing employee records and databases, as well as updating HR systems.
  • Your tasks will include handling administrative tasks related to personnel management, such as maintaining vacation and sick days.
  • You will prepare payroll to ensure smooth operations.
  • As a point of contact, you will be available to employees for any HRrelated inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources when needed.
  • You will participate in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
  • You will have the opportunity to explore other areas of HR, depending on your personal interests and choices, to further develop your skills.

Qualifications:


  • You have completed a degree or training in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • You have previous work experience in HR or related fields, ideally in a coordinating or administrative role.
  • You have fluent English and German language skills.
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Office and HR software, experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

€50, €70,000.00 per year
