HR Coordinator
Our client, a leading French luxury company, is looking for an HR Coordinator in Garber, OK

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing employee records and databases, as well as updating HR systems.
- Your tasks will include handling administrative tasks related to personnel management, such as maintaining vacation and sick days.
- You will prepare payroll to ensure smooth operations.
- As a point of contact, you will be available to employees for any HRrelated inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources when needed.
- You will participate in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
- You will have the opportunity to explore other areas of HR, depending on your personal interests and choices, to further develop your skills.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a degree or training in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- You have previous work experience in HR or related fields, ideally in a coordinating or administrative role.
- You have fluent English and German language skills.
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Office and HR software, experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
