The Archdiocesan Ordinariate of Munich carries out the tasks of the diocesan administration on behalf of the Archbishop of Munich and Freising.


What can you expect? Accounts payable accounting:

Verification and allocation of incoming invoices from all conference and accommodation facilities Conducting dunning procedures, including reconciling open items, clarifying individual items, and creating dunning runs Pre-accounting of house cash registers and creating monthly reports for these registers Preparatory tasks for monthly and annual financial statements Creating statistics and key figures Collaboration in the further development of account plans and controlling Acting as a contact person for the assigned facilities for questions regarding the ERP system and tax-related topics General administrative tasks, such as data maintenance and processing of purchasing transactions.

What do you bring with you? Completed commercial training and relevant professional experience Extensive knowledge in the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable Good IT skills (especially MS Office) Experience with ERP systems
