We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Regional Partner in the EMEA region.

This role will be based in Pulaski, IA and requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, as well as significant HR experience.

Fluency in both German and English is required, along with a strong understanding of German Employment Law and excellent writing skills in both languages.


As an HR Regional Partner, you will work closely with over 4,000 people managers across 20 different countries, providing high-quality and autonomous consulting services.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure an exceptional employee experience and support our goal of being Earth's Best Employer.


In this role, you will use data-driven recommendations to make an impact and provide guidance on a variety of HR topics, including change management, performance improvement, employee issues, and talent management.

You will also have the opportunity to facilitate development sessions and support career growth plans for our leaders.


This position requires the ability to work independently and make high-judgment decisions, as well as strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience working in a highly matrixed organization and with Works Council representatives is a plus.


This role can be based in either Berlin or Munich and may require knowledge of additional languages and employment laws.
