- Provide technology support for users and the organization, including troubleshooting for internal business applications and software, hardware, and networking technology (switches, routers, wireless).
- Support new hire onboarding, including setup new hire profiles, imaging computer, workstation setup, and train on the tech support process.
- Respond to user requests (IT tickets) in accordance with SLAs for service, troubleshoot problems, and follow through to resolution.
- Manage and configure all connection settings for meetings in conference rooms.
- Install software upgrades to continuously improve tech performance.
- Perform research and evaluate products to assist in selection and purchase of equipment and installation or update of systems.
- Maintain inventory records and documentation for equipment, including workstations, laptops, cell phones and physical infrastructure and network hardware
- Document all technical service request information from beginning to end including knowledge base updates, engineering details
- Manage, update, and train users on IT policy, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to reliably travel to Tri Star Dickson office as needed.
- Provide virtual support to Tri Star Dickson and Tri Star West Hollywood.
- Manage and coordinate contract IT team in West Hollywood, when needed.
- Maintain tracking for technology inventory, including software, licensing, renewals, user information and domains, to ensure proper planning and compliance.
- Work with technology partners to create and continuously improve upon business processes using technology.
- Develop professionally by means of training and certifications.
- Work with MSP and cybersecurity partners to provide the highest of security and resiliency at all times for all users.
- Take initiative to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operation and the environment will affect outcomes, the types of tools and equipment needed to perform task.
- Assist with related special projects.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization.
- Extremely detail-oriented to create accurate and timely reports.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude & a fit with the company's culture & values.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly problem solve
- BS/BA degree in computer science or AA/AS degree in computer or tech related field.
- 3+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in tech support for workstations, laptops, physical hardware support, Windows 10/11, and M365 apps, and cyber security awareness
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle weights of 10-50 lbs.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination, overall, physically dexterity and visual acuity to use keyboard, operate equipment, and read technical information.
- Ability to reliably report to Tri Star office(s)

Position Summary
