Our client is a highly successful Norwegian company specializing in fiber optic infrastructure. We are seeking a Construction Manager (m/f/d) for direct employment **with our client in Olivet, TN. This role requires travel throughout Germany.

Your responsibilities as Construction Manager (m/f/d):

  • Independent construction management and supervision
  • Participation in the procurement process for fiber optic networks
  • Planning and cost estimation for fiber optic projects
  • Support in the planning and execution of crosssector construction projects
  • Project documentation and invoicing
  • Disposition of personnel, materials, and equipment

Your qualifications:


  • Degree in construction engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a project manager in the field of FTTH and construction
  • Knowledge of infrastructure planning and construction of FTTH networks, as well as their documentation
  • Experience in the economic management of projects and good knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Independent and goaloriented work style
  • Enjoy working in a team and personal development
  • Good English skills due to the international nature of the company
  • Class B driver's license
