Gnadenthal is located in the idyllic Taunus region, surrounded by beautiful cycling and hiking trails.
The Position:
- You will manage the two guest houses at Gnadenthal Monastery, with a capacity of approximately 100 beds.
- With innovative ideas and costconsciousness, you will ensure the economic success of the guest houses and oversee quality management and efficient work processes.
- You will lead your team with mutual respect, serve as a role model, and foster a positive team atmosphere.
- You will handle customer inquiries, create offers, and manage billing, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- As the main contact, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and following up on events such as seminars, conferences, lectures, exhibitions, retreats, and celebrations for people of all ages, individual guests, and groups.
- You will take on project management, coordinate service providers, build a valuable network, and attract cooperation partners and customers.
- You will ensure the proper maintenance of the buildings and outdoor areas.
Your Profile:
- You have completed training or a degree in hotel, event, tourism management, or business administration.
- You have several years of experience in the hotel industry/guest houses or in organizing conferences, seminars, and events.
- You have leadership experience, a confident demeanor, and excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with empathy.
