Your responsibilities will include.

Control and preparation of commercial annual financial statements for property companies with different legal forms
Monitoring of bookings and ongoing business transactions
Operating cost statements
Reconciliation of rental accounting with the general ledger for annual financial statement purposes
Preparation and reconciliation of VAT returns
Liquidity planning for property companies

You are a good fit if...

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting or have further training as a tax specialist.
You have a structured and analytical way of working combined with a strong affinity for numbers
You have basic knowledge of German VAT law
You are familiar with MS Office applications, especially Excel
You enjoy teamwork, but can also work proactively and independently
