Your future responsibilities:


  • Ensuring compliance of the management system with ISO 9001 requirements and all customerspecific requirements
  • Inspection and documentation of manufactured assemblies/equipment
  • Inspection and documentation of newly developed components in close coordination with technical management/planning/design
  • Handling of complaint management (customer and supplier complaints)
  • Support in initiating and leading complex projects for the further development of the management system
  • Support in developing concepts for processes and procedures in coordination with process owners
  • Creation of process documentation in the management system according to technical specifications
  • Conducting formal reviews of process documentation according to guidelines
  • Maintaining documentation of defined key performance indicators and monitoring company goals
  • Reviewing identified causes and defined actions in case of goal deviations
  • Requesting and coordinating necessary information under changing conditions, also on different communication levels
  • Creating training materials
  • Planning and conducting trainings
  • Supporting in preparation, accompaniment, and followup of certification and customer audits
  • Supporting in implementing and applying common quality methods
  • Creating status reports on social responsibility and sustainability

Your profile:


  • Statecertified technician or completed engineering degree, preferably in the field of industrial engineering or electronics
  • Experience in quality/EHS management
  • Expertise in quality and EHS management
  • Knowledge of process management
  • Knowledge of core tools
  • Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Experience with hazardous substances, material compliance
