- Planning and coordinating all nursing management tasks
- Ensuring and being responsible for sustainable nursing quality
- Personnel management
- Implementation of the nursing concept
- Point of contact for residents, relatives, caregivers, authorities and supervisory bodies
- Creating personnel development concepts
- Coordinating personnel development measures, training and further education
- Determining personnel requirements and maintaining a pleasant working atmosphere
- Exchange of information on personnel recruitment measures
- Ensuring a patient- and employee-oriented workplace
