    Discover the Role:

    We are currently seeking a Senior R&D Engineer in Plymouth, MN, to join our Structural Heart team. This role requires a motivated, innovative, and technically adept engineer to contribute to impactful projects aimed at enhancing health and quality of life through advanced medical solutions.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Leading the development of new concepts
    • Researching materials and components
    • Designing prototypes and conducting tests
    • Creating and documenting intellectual property
    • Providing engineering support

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in R&D engineering within the medical device industry
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in product development within the medical device sector
    • Proficiency in SolidWorks is a plus

    Salary Range: $72,700.00 - $145,300.00
