Job Description:

  • Providing excellent customer service by offering solutionoriented and knowledgeable advice and support.
  • Independently maintaining and repairing devices from our portfolio of technologies.
  • Conducting training courses and product briefings for our analytical instruments.
  • Installing devices at customer sites.
  • Performing ongoing maintenance on complex electromechanical and computercontrolled systems.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and confidence through your actions and attitude.
  • Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs of various product technologies including Benchtop X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), Handheld XRF, Handheld LIBS, Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES), Coatings XRF, and Thermal Analysis instrumentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completion of training in electrics/electronics, optical measuring instruments, physics/chemistry, materials testing, or equivalent experience in customer service.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, typically throughout Germany and neighboring countries from Monday to Friday.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per month
