Responsibilities:


  • You will handle and verify customs declarations for all import/export customs procedures based on invoices, bills of lading, and various customs documents
  • You will be the competent point of contact for our customers and internal departments
  • Together with your colleagues, you will regularly communicate with relevant authorities and offices

Profile:


  • You enjoy taking responsibility and providing our customers with topnotch service
  • You have an eye for detail and enjoy working meticulously
  • Adrenaline in hectic situations makes you even more productive
  • You are not afraid to deviate from standard procedures to find creative solutions
  • You have a commercial education, previous experience with customs issues or in the freight forwarding industry, and are comfortable using different information and communication tools or are willing to learn new ones
