Your tasks:

You advise, inform and support our customers competently regarding the type, costs and scope of their order
Organization of appointment dates including order acceptance and final inspection of vehicles
Checking and invoicing of service services including control of open orders
Organization of test drives for diagnostic purposes
Monitoring of our demonstration and replacement vehicles including control of our red license plates
Complaint handling
Accident calculations
Damage processing with insurance companies

Your qualifications:

You have completed training in the automotive or automotive commercial sector with further development to become a service advisor or the willingness to undergo such further training
Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in customer service in a car repair shop and comprehensive knowledge of processes
