Because we care, your training will include:
* diverse assignments in a senior residence, home care, pediatric care, psychiatric care, and hospital settings * learning medical treatment skills such as wound care, administering injections, and managing medications * providing compassionate support to residents in their daily lives, including personal care, mobility assistance, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation * measuring vital signs and monitoring and documenting health status * working closely with doctors, therapists, and your nursing team * implementing apprentice projects such as planning events, designing common areas, or managing your own living area


You will need:
* a high school diploma or equivalent, a completed 2-year vocational training program, or a completed nursing assistant or care assistant training program
