What can you expect?

You will install and support the IT infrastructure of our customers around our software FEPA (Windows client, Windows and Linux servers, virtual environments, network connections, MS-SQL, Ingres)
You will be responsible for maintenance and administration of server operating systems, such as installing and configuring systems, release changes, installing patches and their applications
You will work in customer service for technical hotline inquiries about our ERP software FEPA via remote maintenance and partially on site
You will coordinate the installation, administration, and optimization of our internal IT infrastructure
