Georg Social Work, we provide services to enable people with support needs to live self-determined and equal lives in society.

At the Philippe-Pinel-Haus in Welschen-Ennest, we offer a community-based and social space-oriented program for people with severe mental illness who require extensive support and assistance.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead a team of 13 employees who provide assistance services to 29 clients with support needs. The work is based on the facility's professional concept and our concept of quality of life. You will ensure that the clients are at the center and thus significantly contribute to the professional quality of the participation process.
  • You will support and advise your employees in planning and implementing assistance, crisis interventions, and prevention measures.
  • Through your professional controlling, you will ensure the quality of the service process. An important basis for your professional controlling is the provision of meaningful, conceptappropriate, and billable documentation.
  • Your needsbased shift planning provides the organizational framework for the provision of services by the assistance team.
