To strengthen our team in Heidelberg, we are looking for a full-time Commercial Employee (m/f/d) in the field of order processing to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:

You are the competent contact person for order processing and are responsible for the entire process chain from order placement to invoicing. Your tasks include:

  • Commercial processing of our customer orders from review and entry to invoicing in the ERP system
  • Preparation of necessary delivery documents and placing orders with suppliers
  • Monitoring and coordinating deadlines with customers and suppliers
  • Commercial handling of complaints and correspondence with our national and international customers by phone and email
  • Close cooperation with the shipping and sales departments, as well as support in setting up and maintaining master
