We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for the Streetfashion/Mode department in Barnhart, MO.

Join our team and support us in the following tasks:


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing customer service via phone and written communication (e.g. email, live chat, and social media platforms)
  • Processing orders and potentially handling final resolutions
  • Entering and updating customer data
  • Providing individual product advice to customers
  • Handling invoice inquiries, payment terms, and installment payments
  • Checking order status
  • Recording and processing complaints

Your qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
