Responsibilities

Represent and support the medical director
Clinical work, for example in the day clinic/ward and outpatient clinic
Medical psychiatric and psychotherapeutic diagnostics and treatment in a multidisciplinary treatment team
Partial responsibility for medical treatment supervision and individual treatment or project areas
Development of treatment programs and care concepts
Consultation work in general psychiatry at Mosbach Hospital
Collaborative work at the management and center level, including taking on crosssectional tasks
Participation in or leadership of care or scientific projects

Profile

Recognized as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or close to specialization)
Solid psychiatric and psychotherapeutic expertise, preferably with individual focuses or personal interests and knowledge
Leadership experience or willingness to further qualify for management tasks through management training and coaching
