Head of Payroll and HR Systems (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the Payroll & HR Systems team (5 employees)
  • Driver of process digitalization and implementation of workflows
  • Optimization of HR processes and IT systems, especially SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensuring payroll and salary calculations for the German companies of the STIEBEL ELTRON Group
  • Handling of jobspecific and collective bargaining tasks (metal industry collective agreement)
  • Contact person for external parties, especially social security agencies, auditors, and pension consulting firms
  • Preparation of personnel cost planning and forecasts, as well as provisions for monthly and annual financial statements
  • Creation of regular and adhoc reports, optimization and further development of reporting
Your profile

  • Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive experience in a comparable leadership position
  • Several years of experience with SAP HCM and solid knowledge of MS Excel
  • Interest in optimizing work areas and processes
  • Specific project experience or proven successful implementation of projects in payroll accounting
