Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and troubleshooting via ticket system and phone
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT devices and systems
  • Performing maintenance tasks and software updates
  • Managing functions and services, user administration, and access permissions
  • Analyzing problems, troubleshooting, and providing support for hardware and software issues
  • Managing mobile devices for production using an MDM system
  • Handling internal and external requests according to ITIL standards
  • Participating in local and regional IT projects (independently and in project teams)

Your profile should include:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent - with some professional experience preferred
  • Knowledge of various Windows operating systems (server and client)
  • Basic knowledge of common database systems (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty on a weekly rotation (24x7)
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented and analytical manner
