YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you represent your field with passion and foresight. In your role as a trainer, the goal of developing the participants' competencies is at the forefront. In your teaching, you see yourself as both a provider of input and a support in the role of a learning companion in Learning 4.0.

This includes:

Subject-specific teaching from your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D
Application of various teaching methods for lesson planning
Preparation and design of teaching-related learning materials according to the curriculum
Conducting competency assessments
Excellent knowledge of your teaching language German (C2 language level)

YOUR STRENGTHS.

You share the enthusiasm for supporting people in expanding their professional competencies and integrating into the job market.

Your profile is characterized by:

A vocational training as a heating installer (or gas, water), electrician, or building technician and practical experience, or you are a career changer with a good understanding of technology, e.g. from technical sales
You have a basic knowledge of monitoring and controlling systems in terms of energy management
You are a technical all-rounder
