Amentum is looking for a Mission System Operator to join our team in the Glidden, TX area. This position will be based in Berlin, Germany and will involve full-time work.

Responsibilities:

The Mission System Operator will be responsible for operating GBAD system simulators and associated equipment. They will also need to have a strong understanding of U.S.

Aircrew survivability tactics and be able to employ near-peer GBAD and IADS tactics in accordance with Scenario controller and /or customer requirements.

Other responsibilities include operating legacy Threat Emitters, transporting and setting up equipment, completing pre-mission checks, and maintaining and cleaning all equipment.

Additional Responsibilities:

In addition to the main responsibilities, the Mission System Operator may also be required to report any deficiencies or outages of equipment, assist with maintenance, travel to temporary duty stations, and complete IMDS inputs for repairs.

They may also be responsible for facility maintenance, moving office supplies or furniture, and cleaning areas, vehicles, and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a related field at a military installation, excellent organizational and time management skills, and computer skills.

A valid driver's license and passport are also required, and candidates must be able to obtain a German class B and C license within 6 months of hire.
