Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) in Part-Time/Full-Time hours per week)


The Kreishandwerkerschaft Bremen is a service provider for approximately 1,200 member companies from the crafts sector in Bremen and parts of Lower Saxony.

As an employers' association and public corporation, we act as a lobbying group, PR agency, event service, and much more for our guilds and partners, as well as for our member companies organized within them.

We accompany the crafts sector on its future-oriented path.


To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in a part-time or full-time position hours per week).


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Being the first point of contact for members' concerns
  • Assisting with customer service for the guilds
  • Collaborating with various internal departments
  • Taking minutes at working groups and board meetings

Your profile should include:


  • Completed training in a commercial or similar field
  • Good written and spoken German skills
  • Proficiency in common hardware and software, such as Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word
  • Open, friendly, and communicative personality
  • Strong team player
  • Independent and serviceoriented work style
  • Willingness to learn
  • Availability for regular
