With over 40 B.O.C. stores and an online shop, we sell bicycles, e-bikes, and everything related to cycling. We are one of the largest bicycle retailers in Germany and employ more than 1,200 employees. Your tasks with us:

  • You represent our store with a focus on bicycles
  • In collaboration with the store management, you ensure smooth business operations and support sales and/or the workshop with your expertise
  • Ensure that our customers always leave the store satisfied
  • Support the store management in leading and developing the team of employees
  • Maintain close contact with central departments (purchasing, marketing, personnel, etc.)
