We are currently looking for a Commercial Clerk for a position at DB's location in Cologne.


Your responsibilities:


  • Administrative and organizational management of permission, crossing, and mobile phone contracts in the archives
  • Scanning/copying of permission, crossing, and mobile phone contracts
  • Recording and management of digitized contract documents in the virtual archive
  • Providing information from permission and crossing contracts for infrastructure projects, customer inquiries, and feasibility studies
  • Supporting and participating in the project "Digitization of Contract Archives"

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training and/or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • You are known for your careful and independent work
  • You enjoy working in a team, have strong communication skills, and are organized
