Your Responsibilities:
- Support in the implementation of new or optimization of existing production, surface treatment, and cleaning processes for dental implants
- Creation of technical concepts, specifications, and requirement specifications
- Review of technical and process-specific documentation
- Implementation of GMP requirements for production processes
- Coordination, planning, and execution of qualification/validation of new or existing processes in collaboration with R&D and QAC
- Creation, review, and maintenance of validation documents
- Handling of corrective and preventive actions for processes (deviations, CAPA)
- Creation and execution of process risk analyses (FMEA)
- Creation of SOPs for production processes
- Planning, execution, and technical implementation of projects, products, and technologies
- Liaison with external engineering firms and service providers
- Optimization of production processes in terms of equipment availability, cost, and quality
- Ensuring safe production processes
Your Background:
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, medical technology, process engineering, electrical engineering, or automation technology
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry preferred:
