Description

The
Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus Speyer, a hospital specializing in medical care, has 484 beds and 32 day care places in the departments of Internal Medicine, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Vascular Surgery, General and Visceral Surgery, Pediatrics and Neonatology, Anesthesiology and ENT, as well as the sections of Joint Surgery and Neurosurgery, and treats approximately 26,000 inpatients annually.

For our department of
Hematology and Internal Oncology, we are looking for a:

Registered Nurse (m/f/d):

in full-time or part-time (shift work) to start as soon as possible.

The transition from inpatient to outpatient treatment of patients with cancer is further facilitated by the Oncology department. The bridge between inpatient and outpatient care is created by the Oncology specialist nurses and the Oncology outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

- holistic care of patients
- nursing visits and assessment of nursing needs
- planning, organizing, and implementing individual oncological care plans
- active participation in therapy and management of treatment-related symptoms and side effects to improve quality of life
