The IWTI GmbH is a company specializing in economic and technical consulting in the construction and real estate industry.

We support our national and international clients in the construction and real estate, energy, industrial, and banking and insurance sectors with all technical and economic issues along the value chain of real estate - from planning and construction to operation.

Since 2019, we have formed the IWTI Group together with IWTI Gebäudetechnik GmbH.

In close cooperation, we strengthen and expand our economic and technical consulting in the construction and real estate industry with specialized services in building services engineering.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You support our administrative team in all areas, including human resources and finance
You handle the preaccounting of incoming invoices and invoice verification
You also manage and maintain the master data of our customers and suppliers
You participate in interesting projects and contribute to the optimization of existing processes
You also support your colleagues in other areas of accounting, such as dunning, processing of incoming and outgoing payments, and creation of debtor invoices
In addition, you are responsible for office tasks, such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, and support the administrative team by taking on general administrative tasks
